We expect responsible and reliable behavior from our employees and business partners. We expect strict compliance with legal regulations, binding rules, guidelines and contracts. If you discover irregularities such as corrupt practices, breaches of consumer protection and public health, or concerns about product quality and conformity, you can use our whistleblower system to submit your information to us.

The reporting system is available to persons who provide information if they have sufficient evidence based on the available facts and their own findings that the information provided is credible. In order to verify allegations, we require detailed information on specific incidents. The information should therefore be as precise and verifiable as possible.

Our overriding principle is the protection of whistleblowers. If you make a non-anonymous report, we will communicate with you using the information you provide.

If you wish to remain anonymous but still wish to receive feedback, you can use an e-mail address that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity (e.g. @hotmail.com, @gmail.com or @gmx.at). In this case, we will inform you of this e-mail address. However, we cannot provide feedback for completely anonymous messages without contact details.
